Therapy August 2008

Each day, we are confronted with all sorts of issues, which may effect our mind and health.

There are a number of ways to deal with this and in my case I use my hobbies, whether it be playing musical instruments, photography, being involved in the latest theatre production ( building sets or working back stage ) , traveling or catching up for dinner with friends.

Most of these are short term, at selective times.

However, model making, allows me to be creative at anytime, day or night and when the mood strikes.

Creativity feeds & tricks  the mind & soul to feel good, within ourselves. For a brief moment, one forgets about everything else.

During the past month, I have started a few “quickie” projects, many of which would be still in boxes, if not started.

For me, it did not matter if I never finished a project, but I have “nearly” completed a few.

Here are a few “work in progress” projects .       Hope the pictures tell a story.

In the meantime, if you get a chance.......  whatever you do,.......... stay creative,...

                                     regards

                                     Big “M”
